• Enquiry generation through architects/ consultants/ Self scouting / Thru references 
• Should be from elevator techno commercial background or from buillding mataerial Supply companies.
• Identifying and targeting new customers with new sales opportunities
• Developing brand image and pre qualifying brand with industry consultants
• Initiating action plans to approach and secure new businesses for Branch.
• Provide technical information to potential customers / builders & deliver presentations to both.
• Understanding basic contract management & monitor collection.
• Perform competitive analysis, market research & product assessment.
• Contributing to the achievement of revenue and unit sales and customer engagement through effective sales process management
• Increasing customer retention and sales development strategy
• Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry
