Job Description :
•Lead the profit centre operations of the branch, manage overall customer, profit and loss and business development responsibilities.
•Identify & analyse industry/geographic trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
•Increase market share, responsible for the development and implementation of sales, service, modernization, repair and installation business.
• Maintain healthy business relations with major Builders and Architects. Execute implementation of objectives/initiatives for the service, modernization, repair and new equipment business.
Qualification Required:
B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical) and/or MBA/PGDBM
15+ years of experience preferably in Elevator Industry.
