Description

• Increase market share through strategic market coverage, effective segmentation, and proactive funnel management.
• Engage with architects, builders, and customers for presentations, relationship building and end-to-end enquiry handling.
• Provide technical product consultations, handle objections, and stay updated on company and competitor offerings.
• Manage orders, ensure process adherence, and support the implementation of new company initiatives.

Skills set required :

• Person should have minimum 6+ Years of experience in Sales 
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer connects, strong market knowledge.
• Fostering teamwork attitude, Motivator Team, Guiding Team, Tracking team.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, consistently take the initiative to get things done, proactive rather than reactive, demonstrate a strong desire to win.
• Proficient in MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Advance Excel and Power Point etc) and ERP etc.
• Vehicle and a valid driving license are a mandatory requirement.
