Sales Development

  • Training & Development of Front line
  • Map competency, Identify needs, study market & business trends, design & deliver training.
  • Design & Update Sales Support Ecosystem
  • Study market & competition, develop sales arguments viz competition, create value positions for each product line & develop customer presentations & sales talk points

Strategic Business Development

  • Market & Business intelligence identify new segments & markets for expansion.
  • Identify segments gaps & design road map for business growth
  • Design & develop additional / alternate sales channels
  • Develop & drive sales partner business

Requirements

B.E / B Tech - Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics (M.B.A is added advantage)

Total Work Experience : 5 Years (Minimum 2 years in elevator industry is added advantage)

Hands on experience in excel & PPT (Certification in advanced Excel & BI tools is added advantage)

Good communication & Presentation skills
